Spinach Salad with Littlehouse Pear Gorgonzola

With the cabbage saute that I made last night I aslo did a Spinach Salad with Littlehouse Pear Gorgonzola. In this salad I used:

fresh organic spinach
1 Granny Smith apple
shaved parmesan cheese
gold grape tomatoes
dried cranberries
almond slivers
Littlehouse Pear Gorgonzola dressing
